Direct involvement in monitoring project incurred costs, as well as proactive support in reviews and updates of forecasted project costs. Must also ensure daily monitoring and control of administrative activities related to contracts and dissemination of project and support department KPIs; Carry out project cost monitoring (hours, subcontracting, material consumption, etc.) – Budgeted vs. Actual; . Monitor site inventory levels; . Timely conduct and support release of measurement invoices for clients and suppliers; . Responsible for reporting any customer payment delays and supporting negotiation and approval of customer collections; . Assist in reviewing forecasted cost estimates for projects; . Support the Administrative and Financial Manager in projecting cost accruals during monthly closings; . Provide assistance in purchasing, billing, collections, corrections, working directly with the project manager; . Responsible for approving purchase orders and contracts according to budget and respective revisions, together with the project manager; . Generate reports on weekly, monthly, and cumulative project performance; . Control, monitor, and disseminate business and support department KPIs;. . Follow and comply with all company Health, Safety, and Environment policies, objectives/targets, and procedures; . Support the organization and preparation of the Business Dossier; . Support the organization and submission of documentation required by the client under contract (labor, tax, social security, etc.); .
