Role: Responsible for supporting the company’s administrative routines, including issuing and verifying invoices, preparing and monitoring budgets with suppliers, organizing and controlling documents and contracts, registering customers and suppliers, performing basic entries in systems or spreadsheets, simple accounts payable and receivable tracking, supporting the finance department and performing administrative tasks, handling phone and email inquiries, organizing physical and digital files, as well as ensuring deadlines are met and internal company processes run smoothly.
