




Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring that customer requirements and expectations are defined, communicated, and implemented, while maintaining and improving the quality management system. Manage internal and external audits **JOB MISSION:** Ensure that requirements and expectations of internal or external customers are clearly defined, communicated, understood, and implemented throughout the entire project lifecycle. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and conduct periodic meetings to raise awareness and train employees on quality management system topics, such as procedure reviews, quality policy, use of support systems, lessons learned, etc., to resolve issues and continuously motivate all personnel to improve; * Maintain, monitor, and disseminate various performance measurements of the quality management system; including scorecard, objectives, management presentations, etc; * Maintain quality management system documentation via BPM, performing necessary updates and supporting internal users; * Maintain control of external standards/documents used by the unit; * Maintain control and updating of controlled document copies; * Manage MOCs reported by the organization, ensuring correct and active workflow; * Maintain and communicate the unit’s contingency plan to stakeholders; * Support employees in using quality management system tools, such as CPAR and BPM; * Compile data, prepare required reports and presentations related to Quality Management System performance; * Manage and execute internal audit activities; including planning, dissemination, auditor qualification, recording results, and tracking actions; * Plan and support Management Reviews, including data compilation and preparation of required materials; * Plan and monitor customer audits, including dissemination and follow-up; * Plan and monitor quality management system certification audits at all stages required by management; * Develop, test, and supervise industrial systems, processes, and methods, contributing to maintenance of the Quality Management System; * Prepare quality assurance plans according to established and applicable procedures; * Analyze and validate documentation (data book) provided to customers, ensuring effectiveness, efficiency, and efficacy of processes throughout the project lifecycle; * Support the technical documentation department, advising on external customer requirements, identifying improvement opportunities, and maintaining interface with internal customers; * Monitor customer and certification body audits, acting as facilitator in this process; * Manage corrective/preventive actions reported in CPAR or Action Plans, covering internal actions, customers, and suppliers; * Participate in maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, complying with the organization’s Quality Policy; * Ensure personal and team safety by following OneSubsea safety procedures, using safety equipment and avoiding accidents; * Take care of operational equipment, using them correctly and maintaining their condition; * Keep workplace and used equipment clean and organized to contribute to a conducive working environment; * Perform other tasks analogous to the role. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with active CREA registration Prior experience in an industrial environment, with API, ISO, audits, and root cause analysis of deviations Internal Auditor qualification Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements Advanced English Benefits International Opportunities Global adventure, broad exposure, and limitless learning await you.
