Job Mission: Act as a performance engineer onboard offshore units, ensuring that critical processes are executed at the quality level required by the organization, clients, and legal requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** The Performance Engineer directly implements Quality Assurance actions onboard, supporting the integrated and standardized implementation of processes to drive optimal results in Sustainability, Quality, Performance, and Profitability—fully meeting regulatory, client, and shareholder requirements, and consolidating Safety as a Core Value. * Conduct critical analysis of the company’s management system regarding the feasibility of established processes—propose improvements based on onboard experience. * Develop and consolidate unit quality indicators aligned with strategic planning and present them to supervisors; register corrective actions and recovery plans for indicators outside target thresholds, aligning actions with respective departments. * Monthly operational indicator meetings with the unit manager and rig supervisors, with responsibility for presenting the indicators. * Propose the creation and improvement of indicators and support the department’s BI development. * Support unit audits by explaining the company’s management system and ensuring effective participation of area responsible personnel in the audit process. * Act as the guardian of quality on drilling rigs. * Support supervisors in developing VCPs (Verification, Control, and Prevention documents) and assist procedure owners in reviewing procedures based on issues identified during practical application, ensuring continuous improvement of company procedures. * Support supervisors in developing rig-specific procedures.
