




Job Summary: Operations Manager focused on leadership, team management, and service standards in a hospitality environment, coordinating multiple food and beverage outlets. Key Highlights: 1. Our client, a hostel located in the center of Búzios/RJ, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead its three food and beverage outlets: Bistro, Pizzeria, and Beach Bar. CLT POSITION / IN-PERSON **Your typical day:** Lead and ensure smooth operation of all three outlets; Manage the team with full autonomy to hire, terminate, train, and develop staff; Maintain Huna’s service standards and hospitality culture; Ensure control over COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and Labor Cost, guaranteeing product quality; Work directly with the CEO (Carlos) and General Manager to define and monitor strategic goals. **What you need to have or know:** Experience managing operations in hospitality, bars, or restaurants; Leadership profile with a results-oriented mindset and focus on team development; Organizational skills, strategic vision, and strong interpersonal abilities. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance; Meal allowance of BRL 300.00 per month; Accommodation / Housing assistance for candidates from outside Búzios; Service bonus – 10% (high-season months averaging BRL 2,500.00 to BRL 3,000.00); Quarterly bonus (ranging from BRL 0.00 to BRL 6,000.00, based on goal achievement); Annual PLR (up to 6% of the net operating profit calculated over the last 12 months). **Working hours:** 6-day workweek schedule (6x1), with one weekly day off and one Sunday off per month. **Work location:** Búzios City Center – RJ.
