Ensuring compliance and continuous process improvement JOB OPENING – PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR We are looking for a professional with leadership capabilities, strategic vision, and strong negotiation skills to serve as Procurement Supervisor. This role will be responsible for leading the procurement team and coordinating the acquisition processes of materials and services required for company operations, ensuring continuous supply while balancing quality, delivery timelines, and cost reduction. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise the procurement team; * Conduct supplier research, selection, and development; * Lead commercial and strategic negotiations; * Manage procurement processes for materials and services; * Perform order follow-up and monitor delivery deadlines; * Monitor performance indicators and savings opportunities; * Conduct market analysis and cost tracking; * Ensure compliance in procurement processes and contracts; * Pursue continuous improvements and cost reductions without compromising quality; * Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures. Prerequisites: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in procurement and supply chain; * Experience in team leadership and management; * Knowledge of strategic negotiation and supplier development; * Familiarity with market analysis and performance indicator management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Experience with ERP systems; * Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills.
