Acts as a technical reference, leading critical interfaces with manufacturers, clients, and suppliers, while actively participating in internal and external audits. * Ensure that equipment maintenance plans are executed according to the established schedule, guaranteeing technical compliance and adherence to timelines. * Manage maintenance of electro-electronic and mechanical equipment, prioritizing critical assets and applying best practices in maintenance engineering. . Maintenance Planning for Drilling Rigs * Plan maintenance for drilling rig equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, availability, and reduction of unplanned downtime. * Use criticality and reliability analysis tools to optimize maintenance intervals and methods. . Planning of Operational Shutdowns * Plan activities, materials, and services required for maintenance execution during operational shutdowns, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. . KPIs and Continuous Improvement * Monitor and control maintenance KPIs, being responsible for developing and implementing action plans to improve performance based on root cause analysis (RCA). * Provide specialized technical support to field and maintenance teams, resolving complex failures and proposing engineering solutions. * Serve as the technical escalation point for critical issues requiring in-depth analysis and rapid decision-making. . Meetings with Manufacturers and Clients * Lead and participate in technical meetings with manufacturers to discuss equipment performance, warranties, engineering modifications, and technological updates. * Represent the company in client meetings, presenting maintenance KPIs, action plans, reliability reports, and ensuring alignment with contractual expectations. .
