**We are seeking a Construction Foreman for our residential construction team.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead on-site construction execution * Coordinate and guide production teams and service providers * Interpret architectural and complementary project drawings practically * Release and monitor work fronts * Technically explain service execution to teams * Verify service quality and execution standards * Ensure site organization, cleanliness, and productivity * Support physical schedule monitoring of construction projects * Collaborate with the company's engineering coordination team * Coordinate the field intern in operational routines * Identify execution issues and proactively propose practical solutions * Ensure smooth daily progress of construction works **REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience as a Construction Foreman * Residency in Macaé or Rio das Ostras * Strong ability to read and interpret project drawings * Leadership and team organization skills * Proactive and solution-oriented profile * Good communication skills * Commitment to quality and deadlines * Driver's license category A or B **EMPLOYMENT MODEL** * On-site work * Work region: Macaé and Rio das Ostras * CLT or PJ employment (to be determined) * Compensation commensurate with experience **PROFILE WE SEEK** ***We seek a professional with substantial hands-on experience, strong on-site leadership capabilities, and a strong sense of responsibility for construction execution.
