We are seeking new crew members to join us on this journey to collectively build Brazil’s most admired, efficient, and remarkable airports. **If you wish to write a success story with us, we invite you to board with us toward the future** **\#SomosZurichAirportBrasil** **Responsibilities and Duties** **You will be responsible for:** * Planning and controlling civil aviation security activities related to passenger screening processes, monitoring, property surveillance, emergency response, and credentialing. * Delivering AVSEC training courses: modalities; initial training and refresher training; * Managing airport security and emergency response; * Participating in the development of the airport security plan, emergency plan, and fire prevention plan; * Ensuring compliance with all current AVSEC-related legislation (RBAC ANAC); * Analyzing defined performance indicators and conducting evaluations to identify necessary adjustments; * Developing operational processes and procedures for your area of responsibility, incorporating automation/software usage to ensure management consistency; * Promoting continuous improvement of operational processes within your area of responsibility; * Adherence to PEX (Excellence Program) activities; * Performing other duties related to your area of responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required qualifications:** * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree * Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field. * Certifications and registrations required: Basic AVSEC Course or AVSEC for Aerodrome Operators; * Knowledge of national regulations regarding operational security (AVSEC); * Technical expertise in the field of responsibility; * Customer service experience; * Experience in the national and international aviation market; * Valid Category B driver’s license; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **We seek a candidate who has:** * English proficiency is considered a plus; * Assertive communication skills * Courteous customer service * Initiative and proactivity * Interpersonal relationship skills * Decision-making and perception abilities **Work Schedule: Administrative** **Work Location: Macaé/RJ** **Board with us toward the future!** **Additional Information** **Our benefits include:** Profit and Results Sharing Program; Medical and Dental Plans; GymPass; Life Insurance; Private Pension Plan; Meal or Food Allowance; Transportation Allowance or Parking; 180-day Maternity Leave; 20-day Paternity Leave; Birthday Off Day.
