Job Summary: A professional responsible for conducting market research, obtaining quotations, researching and evaluating suppliers, drafting agreements and contracts, and providing managerial support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research and quotation analysis 2. Research and evaluate suppliers 3. Draft and adapt agreements and contracts Conduct market research, obtain quotations, and prepare comparative analysis charts; ✓ Research suppliers of raw materials, materials, inputs, and services, gathering information on companies' capacity to meet requirements; ✓ Gather relevant information for calculating key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers; ✓ Evaluate suppliers' corporate, financial, and legal documentation to approve scope and technical and commercial proposals; ✓ Draft and adapt agreements or contracts according to negotiation specifics; ✓ Provide support in developing various management reports; ✓ Register import declarations.
