If you are driven by goals and master the art of persuasion, this is your place. **Responsibilities:** * **Sales Closing:** Conduct final lead handling (meetings) originating from paid traffic campaigns (Meta Ads/Google Ads) and active prospecting. * **Consultative Handling:** Strategically guide leads toward in-person meetings and proposal presentations. * **Lead Qualification and Nurturing:** Receive inbound marketing leads and further engage them through consultative handling to convert them into meetings. * **Pipeline Management:** Maintain the CRM rigorously updated, ensuring follow-up on each opportunity. * **Objection Handling:** Identify customer pain points and apply sales techniques to close complex negotiations. * **Marketing Alignment:** Provide continuous feedback on lead quality to optimize campaigns. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in **direct sales or closing.** * Excellent verbal communication, professional demeanor, and persuasive ability. * Ability to work with aggressive individual targets. * **Reside in Macaé or Rio das Ostras.** **Nice-to-have:** * Prior experience in engineering, renovation, or consulting sectors. * Proficiency in sales techniques. * CRM experience. **Benefits and Information:** * **Work Mode:** 100% On-site – Alphaville \- Rio das Ostras. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Friday, until 5 PM. * **Compensation:** Base Salary \+ Variable Pay \+ Meal Allowance.
