This professional will be a key driver of the customer experience, delivering consultative service both in-store and across digital channels—with emphasis on service excellence, sales performance, and customer retention. If you love sports, sales, building relationships with people, and thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment, this role is for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Proactively, courteously, and consultatively serve customers in the physical store. * Manage the store’s digital customer service (WhatsApp and social media), responding to inquiries, presenting products, and completing sales—**exclusively during working hours**. * Identify customer needs through effective questioning (e.g., foot strike pattern, sport practiced, product usage). * Present and demonstrate products, highlighting technologies, benefits, and differentiators. * Execute add-on sales (cross-selling and up-selling) by recommending complementary products. * Conduct ethical and professional negotiations and close sales. * Carry out post-sale activities to support customer retention. * Strive to meet and exceed individual sales targets. * Stay updated on products, new releases, technologies, and store policies. * Maintain store organization, cleanliness, product restocking, and visual merchandising. * Assist with inventory control and goods verification. * Collaborate as part of a team, maintaining clear communication with leadership and colleagues. * Participate in training and pursue continuous development in sales and digital customer service. **Requirements & Desired Profile** * Prior retail sales experience is a plus. * Strong communication skills and interpersonal ease. * Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented mindset. * Interest in sports—especially running—and sporting goods. * Organized, responsible, and committed. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Additional Information** * Digital customer service is part of the role’s responsibilities, strictly adhering to scheduled working hours. * Targets are monitored ethically, respectfully, and motivationally. * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
