BAKER Schedule: 6x1 Contract type: CLT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare cakes, cookies, sweets, and other products defined by the company, ensuring quality, meeting store demand, and customer satisfaction. * Maintain production standardization according to technical instructions and store assortment, observing the quality of ingredients used in preparation, especially fresh fruits. * Ensure maximum utilization of inputs used in production, maintaining control over expiration dates to avoid losses and waste. * Guarantee proper product preservation, storing in appropriate environments and respecting required temperatures. * Ensure constant product restocking according to daily sales flow, guaranteeing the availability of the assortment with quality throughout the day. * Ensure safety and proper use of equipment, keep the work environment and tools clean and organized, maintain personal hygiene and uniform as per current regulations. * Follow guidelines established by Health Surveillance and Good Practices Manual. * Perform other related tasks as required by business needs and at the manager's discretion.
