**Responsibilities** Plan and organize the breakfast menu, ensuring that the items offered meet guests' preferences and needs. Ensure that the breakfast buffet is always well-stocked and maintained in ideal presentation and hygiene conditions. Monitor food and beverage inventory, placing orders and ensuring timely restocking. Oversee the quality of prepared and served food, making adjustments as necessary to maintain flavor and freshness standards. Supervise and uphold the team's service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services. Efficiently and courteously resolve any guest requests or issues. **Requirements:** Proven experience in food service management, preferably in hotels or restaurants. Knowledge of food quality control, food safety regulations (ANVISA), and hygiene best practices. Leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team. Ability to work under pressure and focus on problem resolution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. **Desirable Qualifications:** Technical or higher education in Gastronomy, Hospitality, or related fields will be an advantage. Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a hotel environment will be an advantage.
