The role involves supporting team management and ensuring smooth restaurant operations, guaranteeing service quality, process compliance, and achievement of restaurant goals. The candidate will oversee the operational team, organize staff schedules, assist in inventory control, verify quality standards, support the manager in administrative tasks, and resolve daily issues with customers and colleagues. We expect someone with strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, flexibility in working hours, and the ability to work under pressure while remaining focused on results, organization, and a positive team environment. Previous experience in restaurants or leadership roles within the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector will be considered a plus.
