Responsibilities include supporting team management and ensuring smooth operations, while guaranteeing service quality, adherence to procedures, and achievement of restaurant performance goals. Duties include monitoring the operational team, organizing shift schedules, assisting with inventory control, verifying quality standards, providing administrative support to the manager, and resolving daily issues involving customers and staff. We expect excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, flexible availability, and ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus on results, organization, and positive team dynamics. Prior experience in restaurants or leadership roles within Food & Beverage (F&B) will be considered a plus.
