We are looking for a **Commercial Supervisor** to join our team in Macaé, RJ. This role requires supervision and monitoring of the commercial team’s activities, as well as development and execution of strategies to achieve established goals. Daily responsibilities include people management, preparation of commercial performance reports, and support in customer prospecting. This is a full-time, on-site position exclusively for residents of Macaé. **Qualifications** * Experience in commercial management and monitoring of campaign and sales performance. * Experience in prospecting new customers, maintaining commercial relationships, and tracking leads. * Knowledge of PBX systems and telephony tools. * Experience with customer service chat and multichannel operations. * Familiarity with CRM and commercial management tools. * Ability to lead and supervise teams, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment. * A degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields is preferred; knowledge in telecommunications and negotiation strategy skills are also advantageous. **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and team motivation. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Resilience in handling critical situations. * Ability to make decisions under pressure. * Analytical mindset and results orientation.
