




Description: * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Architecture and/or Interior Design; * Experience in People Management and Commercial Management, Results Management, and Process Management; * Knowledge of Financial Indicators; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Tools; * Key competencies: organization, discipline, results orientation, proactivity, analytical ability, influence, good interpersonal relationships, leadership, willingness to learn, and team spirit. * Support the store manager regarding People Management processes, providing information and documentation for their management (tracking working hours, vacations, medical certificates, shift schedules, employment terminations, documents for hiring/termination, interviews, commission verification) and maintaining effective communication with the team (bulletin boards, internal announcements); * Support the sales team during customer service and negotiations; * Conduct behavioral and technical training for the team as needed, using materials provided by the Training and Development department; * Support the store manager in commercial management and indicator tracking, preparing the follow-up spreadsheet to enable monitoring of the team’s performance; * Manage the store’s administrative team; * Monitor order billing, manage delinquency, returns, and cancellations, track order deliveries, ensure payments to third parties (including specifiers), and provide support in technical assistance processes; * Perform other similar duties as required. 2512220202491452872
