Job Summary: The Face Doctor is seeking a communicative, organized, empathetic, and aesthetics-passionate Commercial Receptionist to provide consultative service, sell aesthetic procedures, and acquire customers. Results-oriented focus and passion for aesthetics The **Face Doctor**, a national network specializing in facial and body rejuvenation, is hiring a **Commercial Receptionist** to join the team at its **Macaé/RJ** unit. We seek a professional who is **communicative, organized, empathetic, and passionate about aesthetics and results!** **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver **consultative service** with excellence, adhering to the network's standards; * **Present and sell aesthetic procedures**, tailored to each customer's profile and needs; * Conduct **proactive customer acquisition** and manage **after-sales**; * Monitor performance **goals and indicators**; * Perform daily routines under the guidance of the **Commercial Manager**; * Maintain **professional personal appearance** and conduct. **Requirements** * Residence in Macaé; * Prior experience in aesthetics, beauty, or retail is desirable; * Knowledge of **sales techniques, customer service, and goal-oriented routines**; * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**; * **Excellent oral and written communication**, empathy, and results orientation; * Availability for **44 weekly hours** (6x1 rotating schedule). **Compensation and Benefits** * **CLT employment regime**; * **Fixed salary + commission**; * **Transportation allowance and meal voucher**, per regional collective bargaining agreement.
