Logistics Manager Candidate We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented professional to join and interact with our operational team. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain, including customer order receipt, purchasing, order picking, issuance of invoices, and loading for delivery to ports, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Prospect new customers through various channels (phone, e-mail, social media, etc.). Deliver commercial presentations to customers visiting our warehouse, demonstrating the benefits of our products/services. Maintain relationships with existing customers, seeking opportunities for additional sales. Record and track relevant information in the company’s system. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Contribute to the development of new sales strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in management (specify years of experience and area of expertise, if applicable). Completed high school education (college degree preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Results- and goal-oriented mindset. Organizational skills and proactivity. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales tools. Availability to work standard business hours and, when necessary, until closing time. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the local logistics market for fresh food destined for offshore shipment. Experience with CRM systems. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Benefits: Fixed salary: R$ 3500.00 + 0.1% of total food sales revenue.
