




Description: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role or in real estate consulting, direct sales, or similar areas; * Proficiency in Google tools (Sheets, Docs), as well as persuasion and negotiation techniques. The following will be considered advantageous: * Knowledge of data analysis and Power BI; * Knowledge of Python or SQL; * Alignment with Brisanet Group’s organizational identity; * Preparing reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Updating area indicators when necessary; * Actively participating in organizational meetings and commitments upon request; * Using individual and collective safety equipment when required; * Performing other duties related to the position, according to departmental needs and leadership direction; * Conducting periodic visits to franchise units; * Verifying franchise unit compliance with the franchisor’s Excellence Program; * Identifying franchisee needs and forwarding them for internal resolution, tracking solutions on a case-by-case basis; * Ensuring optimal performance (commercial results) of units under responsibility; * Analyzing key operational aspects (commercial, financial, marketing initiatives, customer service, and personnel management at the franchise unit); * Understanding the local market—including competition—seeking benchmarks and conducting comparative performance analyses among franchisees in the region; * Preparing a detailed diagnostic report for each franchise unit; * Prioritizing and jointly proposing actions with the business owner; * Monitoring franchisee activities, performance, results, and compliance with franchisor-defined standards; * Identifying potential issues and assisting in implementing corrections and adjustments; * Collaborating with the franchisee to monitor competition (commercial service, pricing, offers, actions taken) and identify new market opportunities; * Guiding, supporting, and training franchisee teams according to systems, tools, policies, and parameters established by the franchisor; * Following a predefined checklist during unit visits, accompanied by the franchisee; * Preparing and submitting visit reports to franchisor leadership. 2512210202551931235
