Idiomas is seeking a Pedagogical Coordinator to work across 2 schools. **We are looking for someone who loves people, education, and the school environment—and who wishes to be part of a brand that is constantly growing.** **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience coordinating language courses * Fluent English (with certifications) * Completed degree in Languages * International certifications * Advanced knowledge of Excel and Canva, Google Drive, video editing, and other technological resources Availability: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM–8:30 PM; Saturday, 7:30 AM–2:00 PM **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Instructor recruitment, training, supervision, and management; * Classroom observation and assurance of correct methodology implementation; * Student retention initiatives, such as workshops and meetings; * Delivery of remedial classes and extra activities; * Communication with parents and students; * Pedagogical actions for student enrollment; * Completion of spreadsheets, performance indicators, and school management documents; * Student retention; * Parent and instructor meetings; * Planning and execution of pedagogical events, graduation ceremonies, etc.; * Mandatory participation in training sessions; * Student retention and re-enrollment **WE OFFER:** Fixed salary of R$2.800 + bonuses up to R$4.000,00 + Flash Multibenefits Card + Total Pass + Dental plan + Study grant (after probation period) + Funeral assistance Job type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Payment: R$2.800,00 – R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Company-provided mobile phone * Corporate partnerships and commercial discounts * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed undergraduate degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Classroom teaching experience (Mandatory) Language: * Fluent English (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site
