We are looking for a professional to manage teams and processes, ensuring organization, safety, and efficiency in operations. This position will play a key role in guiding and monitoring activities, ensuring full compliance with company standards. Responsibilities: * Define and coordinate industrialization processes for equipment and Technical Support, focusing on quality, documentation, KPIs, deadline compliance, and cost reduction; * Monitor production planning, seeking alternatives to meet the company’s demands and needs; * Coordinate industrialization of new products, focusing on technical documentation, packaging, assembly/test resources, and potential design improvements; * Coordinate and supervise material handling processes, including non-conforming materials, ensuring adherence to good practices, company standards, and operator safety; * Coordinate and supervise physical inventory of warehouses under their responsibility, ensuring integrity of stored inputs; * Identify, fulfill, and control infrastructure used in the area under their responsibility; * Coordinate and manage human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies to maximize quality and productivity outcomes; * Interface with managers and peers, providing and obtaining necessary information so that the Industrial area meets the company’s needs; * Ensure ISO and managerial records of the department are correctly completed and up to date, enabling traceability and compliance with standards and company requirements; * Generate and analyze departmental performance indicators, taking preventive and/or corrective actions to achieve established goals, with proactive continuous improvement; * Define work routines for areas under their responsibility; * Communicate, comply with, and ensure team compliance with organizational policies, rules, and procedures. What we seek: * Bachelor’s degree in Production, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering; * Knowledge of electronic and mechanical components; * Experience in Industrial Production; * Solid knowledge of industrial routines and processes, including quality, procurement, logistics, production engineering, technical support, and personnel management; * Experience managing teams; * Strong organizational skills; * Good communication skills; * Proactivity; * Ability to lead teams and interact effectively with diverse profiles.
