Plan and manage team work Lead and motivate teams of workers providing cleaning, conservation, and general maintenance services. Mediate relationships between clients and the services provided. Plan and manage team work by defining work routines, cleaning techniques, and material application; identify priorities; and supply materials and equipment for service execution. May perform conservation and cleaning activities in any type of environment. Guide less-experienced staff in resolving more complex problems. Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Working Hours: 08:00 to 12:00 Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
