Job Summary: The Drilling Fluids Specialist is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable services to customers, identifying improvement opportunities, and managing risks. Participates in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs The Drilling Fluids Specialist is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable services to customers. The Drilling Fluids Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standardized work procedures, and manages risks during execution. **Activities – Responsibilities** * Record field data * Deliver and archive final work products * Mobilize and position resources * Assess and reconcile resources * Implement risk responses * Obtain customer acceptance of deliverables * Execute the service * Prepare field deliverables * Prepare final work deliverables * Prepare supporting documentation for work invoicing * Prepare resources * Demobilize and secure resources * Verify and prepare resources at the product line location * Verify resources **Additional Responsibilities** * Ensure work deliverables are accurate and on time. * Be accountable for service delivery execution. * Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs. * Develop customer relationships to promote company products and services. * Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards by implementing CATs, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections. * Participate in service quality meetings with customers and improve performance through action plans. * Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives. * Use PPE and follow HSE policies. * Maintain required safety training. Minimum Requirements: * Technical degree in Chemistry or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering completed * Active CRQ professional registration * 3\-5 years of experience in fluids * Microsoft Office suite * Intermediate English proficiency * Willingness to travel offshore Benefits International Opportunities Global adventure, broad exposure, and limitless learning await you.
