Main Responsibilities: * Plating: Responsible for assembling dishes according to the chef's instructions and presentation standards, ensuring all ingredients are arranged harmoniously and attractively. * Menu Execution Support: Assist in dish preparation, food hygiene, and organization prior to plating, ensuring ingredients are ready for use. * Attention to Detail: Verify that all ingredients are correctly arranged on the plate and meet visual and gustatory quality standards as specified in recipes. * Hygiene and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring utensils and equipment are in good condition and ready for use. * Portion and Ingredient Control: Assist in monitoring ingredient quantities used, preventing waste and ensuring portion sizes meet standards. * Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure production efficiency and smooth operations, adhering to schedules and order sequences. * Food Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards throughout the plating and preparation processes.
