Join us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute medium- and high-complexity projects through planning, scheduling, analysis, identification of required resources, and other requirements to meet project execution needs, while supporting Contract Management in meeting construction schedules—focusing on cost optimization, quality, productivity of services delivered, and construction sequencing—to achieve contractual objectives and targets; * Responsible for executing medium- and high-complexity projects; * Plan the project kickoff across all its phases: issuing service authorizations, project design, fabrication detailing; * Coordinate human resources as defined by planning and/or as needed during service execution; * Conduct periodic meetings with other leaders to ensure achievement of cost, schedule, and quality targets; * Ensure compliance with execution, quality, safety, and environmental procedures established for each production activity; * Represent the Company before the client to address demands; * Negotiate working conditions with the client for project execution; * Establish project performance measurement targets; * Report project progress and take necessary actions to ensure timely handling and resolution of deviations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Production, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related fields), with active CREA registration; * Alternatively, a Technical-level professional in Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields; * Experience in people management; * Solid experience in the field; * Offshore experience is a plus; * Advanced proficiency in Excel; * Knowledge of sector-specific KPIs and software. **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond: * **Unimed Health Plan:** Extended to legal dependents; **the employee** pays no monthly fee and only bears co-payment costs; * **Totalpass:** For your quality of life, health, and well-being; * **Dental Assistance:** Basic plan at no cost to the employee; * **Pharmacy Benefit Program**; * **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** Flash card, with minimal payroll deduction; * **Life Insurance**; * **Stock Options** – Castor (VINCI Energies) Share Purchase Program; * **Conexa Saúde Platform:** Provides online consultations with physicians, psychologists, nutritionists, physical education professionals, and nurses—ensuring confidentiality, convenience, and security.
