Across all these sectors, we develop efficient and customized solutions based on a long-term commitment to public and private companies in each industry. **Join Us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco** * Manage high-complexity offshore contracts, ensuring compliance with scope, deadlines, budget, and quality and safety standards. * Act as the primary client interface, leading strategic meetings, technical alignments, and contractual negotiations, ensuring fulfillment of the client’s requirements. * Administer contracts end-to-end, including preparation, analysis, and negotiation of contract amendments, claims, and requests, safeguarding the project’s economic\-financial balance. * Lead integrated planning, execution, and control management, focusing on offshore construction and installation, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and suppliers. * Analyze contractual and operational risks, proposing technical and commercial solutions that ensure contract continuity and profitability. * Identify opportunities for new services or additional scopes, proactively engaging with the client to expand the contracted portfolio. * Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards, promoting a culture of operational excellence and incident prevention. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators, providing senior management with visibility into contractual and operational status. * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Production Engineering, or Control and Automation Engineering. * Experience in managing high-complexity offshore construction and installation contracts. * Advanced or fluent English.
