Job Summary: The Field Specialist Trainee ensures safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of services, identifies improvement opportunities, and manages risks. Key Highlights: 1. Promotes company products and services through customer contact Opportunity for technical-level candidates; prior experience in the oil and gas sector is not required. * Opportunities located in Macaé-RJ (and surrounding areas). * Completed technical-level education and active CFT (technical certifications in mechanics, oil and gas, mechatronics, electrical, electronics, electrotechnics, industrial automation, telecommunications, chemistry, construction, and related fields); * Willingness to travel * English (minimum intermediate level) * English proficiency level must be stated on the CV * Affirmative action positions for women and persons with disabilities (not exclusive positions) The Field Specialist Trainee is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The Field Specialist Trainee identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery. * Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. * Responsible for service delivery execution. * Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs. * Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services. * Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections. * Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans. * Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives. * Wear PPE and observe HSE policies. * Maintain the required safety training.
