Job Summary: Foreign trade professional responsible for import and export management, customs compliance, and cost optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of import and export processes. 2. Description: * Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, International Relations, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in related areas is desirable; * Proven experience in import and export processes is desirable; * Experience in international logistics, communication with freight forwarders and customs brokers is desirable; * Experience with the special customs regime Repetro is desirable; * Experience in international due diligence is desirable; * Knowledge of import documentation — Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificates, etc. is desirable; * Familiarity with ERP and management systems (Oracle Cloud and Importsys) is desirable; * Advanced Excel and data analysis tools are desirable; * Advanced/Fluent English (essential for communication with international suppliers); * Knowledge of goods tariff classification (NCM) and administrative treatment will be considered a plus. * Ensure compliance with tax and customs obligations, internal process compliance, and risk management related to FORESEA’s foreign trade activities. * Guarantee control, custody, and updating of all legal documentation related to import and/or export processes of materials and/or finished products. * Monitor execution of various medium-complexity fiscal, tax, and financial processes arising from foreign trade operations. * Assume responsibility for the most complex, comprehensive, and specialized foreign trade activities. * Verify that various customs documents comply with customs legislation. * Develop import cost controls. * Analyze additional costs associated with processes and initiate claims with service providers for reimbursement; monitor settlement and system write-off. * Ensure organization, dispatch, and archiving of original processes, as well as monthly electronic archiving for direct access via internal network. * Analyze costs applicable to consolidations and support decision-making. * Manage the opening and closing of advances to customs brokers, minimizing processing time and ensuring timely reconciliation with Finance. * Maintain import routine administration in coordination with Operations, Finance, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and land logistics team, ensuring all materials collected abroad are delivered to the final destination in Brazil (FORESEA Yard). * Resolve import-blocking issues within a short timeframe. 2511030202241784123
