Communication and discretion with guests and staff Responsible for cleaning, tidying, and maintaining hotel rooms and common areas, ensuring they are in perfect condition to receive and accommodate guests. Duties include daily room cleaning, changing bed linens and bath towels, restocking personal hygiene items and minibar supplies, as well as organizing common areas and public restrooms. Prior experience in this role is required. * **Organization and attention to detail:** Essential for keeping rooms and common areas clean and orderly. * **Agility and efficiency:** Ability to perform tasks quickly and effectively. * **Strong communication skills:** Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests and other team members. * **Responsibility and discretion:** Important for safeguarding guest privacy and performing duties discreetly. * **Willingness to work in a team:** Housekeepers typically collaborate with other housekeepers and members of the housekeeping department.
