Housekeeping Supervisor C is a developing professional within the hotel's housekeeping team. She is responsible for **assisting in supervising cleaning and organization activities in guest rooms and public areas**, ensuring that hygiene and housekeeping standards are maintained under the guidance of more experienced supervisors. This position requires attention to detail, proactivity in identifying needs, and the ability to communicate effectively with the housekeeping staff. * Assist in **inspecting cleaned and ready rooms**, verifying the quality of room setup, cleanliness, and replenishment of amenities. * + Guide housekeepers on specific tasks, such as changing linens, replenishing amenities, and organizing minibars. + Help **assign daily tasks** to housekeepers and monitor task progress. + Report any cleaning issues, room damages, or material shortages to Housekeeping Supervisor B/A or the Housekeeping Manager. + Assist in **managing and organizing the cleaning trolley**, ensuring all supplies are available. + Help with **checking and organizing clean and soiled linens** in the linen room. + Support guests with housekeeping-related requests (e.g., extra pillows, towels). + Maintain **hygiene and organization** in support areas such as linen rooms and housekeeping storerooms. + Participate in training and development programs to enhance supervision and management skills. + Strictly follow standard operating procedures and occupational safety regulations.
