We are seeking a **WS Quality Analyst** to join our team in **Macaé**. **Summary of Responsibilities**: * Ensure compliance with quality requirements established in the Petrobras contract, including technical standards, applicable legal and regulatory requirements. * Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with ISO 9001, API Q2, and other contractual requirements. * Participate in internal, external, customer (Petrobras), and third-party audits, including documentation preparation, follow-up, and handling of non-conformities. * Develop, review, and control QMS documents and records, including procedures, work instructions, and quality plans. * Conduct investigations into non-conformities, applying root cause analysis tools and tracking implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. * Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators (KPIs). * Provide technical support to operational areas and critical suppliers regarding compliance with quality and contractual requirements. * Support internal training related to the Quality Management System and Petrobras requirements. * Respond to Petrobras audits, inspections, and other quality-related demands. **Key Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Basic Microsoft Office package. **Key Requirements:** * Experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably under contracts with Petrobras. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and API Q2\. * Experience conducting internal, external, and customer audits. * Experience handling non-conformities and applying root cause analysis tools. * Experience monitoring and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs). * Familiarity with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements applicable to the Oil \& Gas sector. * Ethics, adaptability, initiative, determination, problem identification and definition; creativity and flexibility, leadership, organization, attention to detail, positive attitude, and emotional intelligence. * Residency in Macaé or nearby areas. **Competitive remuneration and benefits package aligned with market standards.** **This opportunity is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).**
