Responsibilities: * Structure and keep the preventive maintenance plan updated according to operational needs; * Generate and schedule preventive, corrective, and on-demand service orders, accurately assigning tasks; * Verify the budgeting stage, ensuring all information is correct and complete; * Send budgets to customers for reactive maintenance and on-demand services; * Monitor the procurement process for resources and materials required to execute services; * Close service orders in internal systems, maintaining organized and up-to-date records; * Control operational processes and track performance indicators, contributing to continuous improvement; * Respond to calls via phone and WhatsApp, providing prompt and effective initial support; * Support internal and external customers, monitoring scheduled activities and service quality; * Collaborate with other company departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. Requirements and Qualifications: * Technical or higher education (in progress or completed) in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in planning building maintenance activities; * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and on-demand maintenance routines; * Familiarity with maintenance management systems and service order systems; * Ability to interpret budgets and monitor procurement processes for materials and services; * Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external customer support; * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
