




**Responsibilities and Duties** * Direct support to employees and clients, both internal and external. * Management of contracts, document flows, and vacation schedules. * Monitoring the quantity of contracted labor and control of contract balances and deadlines. * Measurement of services provided and control of contractual advances. * Support in requesting and approving benefits and advances for employees. * Tracking periodic medical exams and control of PPE usage. * Recording supplier payments and managing operational activities in the INTEGRA system. * Responsible for contract implementation and demobilization, including scheduling and negotiation of deadlines and requirements. * Conducting contract kick-off meetings and monitoring implementation quality. * Support to HR, Procurement, and Business areas. * Monitoring HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements, including documentation delivery and contract compliance. * Contribution to sustainability and continuous improvement (energy and waste reduction, recycling, etc.) **Requirements and Qualifications** * Extensive experience in contract management, with focus on service measurement closing. * Completed higher education. * Advanced Office Suite skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) **Selection Process Steps** * Application * Tests * HR Interview * Requirements Validation * Technical Interview * Hiring **Welcome to the Infotec world!** We are Infotec Brasil, a national reference company in outsourcing of services, processes (BPO), and workforce.
