




Job Summary: As an Operations Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing field activities, controlling documentation, and providing administrative support to teams within an oil and gas multinational. Work at a multinational company in the oil and gas sector As an Operations Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include: * Managing field activity hours; * Managing field activity assignments; * Controlling regulatory documentation and training for field teams; * Providing back-office administrative support to field teams; * Assisting in preparing purchase requisitions; * Complying with SMS and Quality policies applicable to your assigned work area. Requirements: * Experience with timekeeping/payroll records/hour tracking; * Experience with document control; * Familiarity with MS Office; * Intermediate English Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in the final year of Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Technical Diploma in Electronics/Industrial Automation On-site work in Lagoa, Macaé \- RJ, within an oil and gas multinational.
