**Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare, interpret, and analyze reports, indicators, statistics, charts, and presentations regarding service/maintenance progress; * Submit the preliminary worklist, final worklist, pending items list, and partial worklist completion to the requesting department; * Interface with other workstations, management teams, disciplines, internal and external service providers, and other planning and scheduling teams; * Support planning and scheduling of services and maintenance activities; * Monitor the progress of planning, scheduling, and execution of all activities, assessing the need for replanning or rescheduling; * Identify requirements for updating installation locations, equipment, technical material lists, procedures, and technical documents based on activity execution analysis; * Audit activity execution confirmations in service/maintenance orders, identifying execution failures, training needs for performers, and/or process improvements; * Update internal and external controls as required by operational needs of teams and Operating Units; * Submit the preliminary worklist, final worklist, pending items list, worklist execution progress, and worklist execution completion, adhering to deadlines, requirements, and standards; * Lead, document, and participate in internal and external meetings for monitoring operational activities and indicators, such as maintenance follow-up meetings, critical analysis meetings, indicator and results monitoring meetings, failure and anomaly analysis and resolution meetings, among others. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical High School diploma in Electrotechnology, Electronics, or Telecommunications, with registration at the respective professional council; * Personal competency certifications; * CHT (Technical Qualification Certificate) issued by the Brazilian Air Force, compatible with performed activities; * Minimum 6 months of experience in related activities; **Selection Process Stages** * Registration * HR Interview * Requirements Validation * Technical Interview * Hiring **Welcome to the Infotec World!** We are Infotec Brasil, a nationally recognized company specializing in outsourcing of services, processes (BPO), and personnel.
