If this environment resonates with you, come join us! **Responsibilities and duties** **What awaits you in this challenge:** * Configuration of e\-mails, user accounts, and access permissions. * Applications from the Office 365 suite and internet browsers. * Peripherals such as printers and scanners. * Performing preventive maintenance activities. * Updating operating systems and software. * Cleaning and organizing workstations and peripherals. * Supporting the configuration and installation of equipment such as desktops, notebooks, and corporate smartphones. * Wi\-Fi and wired network connections. * Assisting with process documentation and recordkeeping in the ticketing system. * Participating in periodic inventories of equipment and software licenses. * Supporting the organization and management of the IT environment, including cabling, routers, and racks. **Required requirements and qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in a Technical or Undergraduate program in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux). * Interest in learning about IT infrastructure and end-user support. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn. * Basic networking knowledge (a plus). **Requirements and qualifications** **Competencies:** * Ownership Mindset * Sense of Priority * Active Listening * Problem Solving * Innovation **Additional information** 100% on\-site position in the Freguesia do Ó region \- São Paulo \- SP **\#joinus** We are a company that believes **every dream begins with a desire, a project, and a purpose.** We believe in content and information, but we are convinced that nothing surpasses experience.
