




**Description:** **Mandatory Requirements:** **Education:** Completed high school. **Experience:** Support for Human Resources Administration area processes. **Knowledge:** HR Administration subprocesses (hiring, time clock registration, work schedules, on-call schedules, temporary employment, termination, labor severance approval, among others). Knowledge of TOTVS and CHRONUS electronic time clock systems. **Desirable Requirement:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences or Human Resources Management. Provide general assistance to the department’s activities, complying with instructions and deadlines established for assigned tasks. Carry out the hiring process for new employees, adhering to established deadlines and procedures, including submission of information via eSocial. Maintain employee documentation control, ensuring it remains up-to-date as required by legislation and/or job description. Organize and file various employee documents. Verify time clock records to ensure accurate employee payroll, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) and complementary legislation. Verify work schedules and on-call schedules. Gather necessary information to support termination procedures, such as: job stability status, sending of prior notice letters, preparation of PPP (Professional Occupational Profile), SESMT information, among others. Perform labor severance approval. Monitor temporary employment contract deadlines, acting as liaison between managers and third-party companies to ensure correct application of legislation governing temporary work. Act as company representative at labor hearings. Perform other related duties, as determined by higher management, consistent with the responsibilities of the operational unit, nature of the work, and location/subsystem of the department. 2512220202491932561
