




Job Summary: This internship provides support in quality control, food organization and preparation, with a focus on good handling and hygiene practices. Key Highlights: 1. Support in quality control of the production process 2. Assistance in good handling practices and workplace organization 3. Support in pre-preparation activities and inventory organization **Responsibilities:** Support in monitoring quality control of the production process; Assistance in verifying good handling practices and workplace organization; Support in shelf-life control and proper storage organization; Support in updating operational spreadsheets and records; Assistance in inventory organization and verification; Monitoring and support in pre-preparation activities, including dough portioning; Support in separation, weighing, and identification (labeling) of ingredients; Assistance in product assembly and packaging; Support in cleaning and organizing utensils used during the process; **Requirements:** \- Currently enrolled in high school; \- Interest in the field of gastronomy; \- Reside nearby; **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM (30 hours per week). **Work Location:** Copacabana **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance + On-site Meal Payment: R$750.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation Allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you currently enrolled in high school? * Which neighborhood do you live in?
