Ensure liquidity, cash flow predictability, and fulfillment of financial obligations **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT We are seeking a FINANCIAL COORDINATOR to strategically and operationally manage the company’s financial operations, ensuring control, efficiency, performance analysis, and decision-making support. We seek a candidate with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to lead processes and teams focused on continuous improvement. **Objective** Coordinate financial operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, Foreign Exchange, Investments, and Treasury), ensuring liquidity, cash flow predictability, fulfillment of financial obligations, and effective relationships with financial institutions. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, and Treasury functions, ensuring liquidity and financial predictability. * Manage forecasted and actual cash flow, ensuring sufficient resources for payments, investments, and daily obligations. * Analyze financial forecasts, comparing revenue, collections, expenses, and foreign exchange transactions. * Ensure accurate execution of payments in SAP, including postings, approvals, and compliance with accounting and tax regulations. * Validate customer creditworthiness and payment history to support risk-related decisions and financial limits. * Conduct and monitor foreign exchange and investment operations, aiming for optimal cost, profitability, and legal security. * Manage relationships with financial institutions, negotiating terms, guarantees, and costs. * Ensure financial reconciliations, monthly closings, and audit compliance within established deadlines. * Lead team routines and development, ensuring adherence to processes, deadlines, and internal policies. * Ensure compliance with internal financial policies. * Support internal and external audits. * Ensure compliance with applicable tax and financial legislation (in partnership with the Accounting/Tax Department). * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields * Postgraduate degree in Controllership, Tax Management, or related fields [Preferred] **Experience** * Experience in financial coordination or leadership roles * Proficiency in cash flow management, foreign exchange, reconciliations, controls, and financial closing **Skills/Knowledge** * Advanced Excel [Preferred] * Financial tools * Financial market products and their variables **Competencies** * Analytical ability * Organizational and strategic vision * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Negotiation skills * Process/resource optimization **Work Location:** Botafogo **FEEDBACK:** We are delighted by your interest in joining NATRIO!
