Inatel is recruiting an intern to work in the institution's IT Support area. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform updates and monitoring of campus computers; * Inspect computers using checklists; * Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance of computer equipment; * Install, maintain, and configure equipment in Windows- and Linux-based network environments; * Assist users with audiovisual resources and electronic maintenance. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Windows and TCP/IP networks; * Proficiency in using computers in networked environments and searching for solutions online; * English for reading purposes; * Availability for 30 hours per week. **Additional information** **Internship schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:00 **Internship location:** Campus of the National Institute of Telecommunications — Inatel More than education and innovation: we combine technology, research, and social responsibility to inspire and transform Brazil.
