**Job Duties**
--------------
* Guides and trains colleagues, Service Operators and Assistants, and provides behavior-based performance coaching, including performance evaluations;
* Manages service delivery according to Customer design and KPIs, initiating change management when required; fosters excellent on-site customer relationships and leads the well team when the Service Leader is not present;
* Conducts pre- and post-job safety meetings, identifying risks to personnel and the environment, and promotes process improvements and best practices;
* Responsible for ensuring well control and performing well control calculations before and during operations;
* Assists in implementing new technologies;
* Coordinates and directs Service Operators’ activities during equipment assembly and disassembly at the site and prepares equipment for job execution;
* Collaborates with support functions to ensure high levels of operational efficiency and equipment readiness;
* Uses real-time data under dynamic working conditions and communicates results to on-site personnel;
* Performs and completes preventive maintenance on HWO and associated equipment;
* Responsible for all post-job data.
**Qualifications**
------------------
* Completed technical course in mechanics, electronics or related fields.
* Valid CFT certification.
* 4+ years of experience working with hydraulic rigs, offshore workover, completion, abandonment, etc., with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Local contract for Macaé.
* Knowledge of Petrobras procedures is considered a significant advantage.
