We are looking for someone who wants to be part of this journey. **Main Responsibilities** * In-person and online support for students and their guardians * Organization of contracts, documents, and files * Monitoring of student journey (student entry and exit) * Support with enrollment and payment control * Data entry and system updates * Assistance with scheduling and administrative routines * Monitoring of class schedules * Maintaining a positive and welcoming environment * Ensuring the best possible customer service experience for students * Support for pedagogical and commercial teams * Assistance in organizing internal events and initiatives * Progressive mindset (growth-oriented) **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Completed high school (college enrollment in Administration or related fields preferred) * Additional administrative training courses preferred * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Sense of responsibility and professional demeanor * Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office suite * Proactive approach to handling daily tasks We are not just looking for someone to execute tasks.
