Job Summary: Operate woodworking and derivative machining equipment, including CNC machines, to efficiently and precisely produce furniture components. Key Highlights: 1. Focusing on project analysis and machine adjustments Responsible for operating woodworking and derivative machining equipment (panel saws, edge banders, CNC machines, multi-spindle drills) to cut, drill, sand, and shape parts according to production drawings. The objective is to ensure efficient, precise, and safe production of furniture components. **Responsibilities:** * Operate conventional and computer numerical control (CNC) machines to cut, mill, drill, and finish wood panels; * Analyze projects, technical drawings, and production specifications to correctly configure machines; * Prepare and adjust machines prior to operation, selecting appropriate tools (saws, drill bits, milling cutters); * Feed raw materials (MDF, particleboard, solid wood) into machines and monitor the process to prevent waste; * Inspect produced parts using measuring instruments to ensure compliance with project requirements (dimensions and finish); * Perform basic machine cleaning and lubrication, reporting anomalies and maintenance needs to supervision; * Strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations and technical standards. **Requirements:** * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; knowledge of carpentry and CNC machine operation; * Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and basic mathematical skills for production calculations. **Required Competencies:** * Workplace Safety; * Precision and Attention to Detail; * Productivity and Efficiency. **Experience:** Prior experience operating woodworking or CNC machinery. **Additional Information:** Experience in custom-built furniture is desirable.
