We seek a committed, organized professional with experience in on-site team management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide work teams at construction sites. * Monitor activity progress according to the project schedule. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. * Control the use of materials, equipment, and tools. * Support engineers and foremen in service execution. * Ensure the quality of completed services. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar role. * Knowledge of civil construction processes. * Ability to lead teams. * Basic proficiency in reading construction drawings. * Commitment to deadlines and quality. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Training courses in civil construction or occupational safety. * Experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects. **We Offer:** * Transportation allowance. * Food allowance. * Meal allowance. * Life insurance.
