




A professional responsible for **preparing, setting up, and serving guests’ breakfast**, ensuring an organized, welcoming environment with fresh, well-presented food. Key responsibilities * Prepare breakfast items: * Bake and warm breads and pastries; * Slice cheeses, cold cuts, and other accompaniments; * Prepare juices, eggs (scrambled/boiled), sausages, mini pizzas, and other buffet items; * Set up, replenish, and organize the breakfast buffet; * Serve breakfast and, when required, other meals to guests; * Attend to guest requests with **efficiency, politeness, and courtesy**; * Maintain **cleanliness and organization** of the kitchen, countertops, utensils, and dining area; * Adhere to the hotel’s **hygiene, food safety, and organizational standards**. Requirements * Prior experience in hotels, bakeries, snack bars, or restaurants—especially with breakfast service; * Strong customer service skills and good interpersonal relationships; * Organizational ability, efficiency, and attention to detail; * Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in work areas; * Knowledge of **good food handling practices** is desirable.
