




Baker B is an experienced professional in the hotel bakery, responsible for producing a **variety of breads, sweets, and pastry products**, following established recipes and ensuring quality and standardization. This position requires solid knowledge of baking and pastry techniques, skill in handling equipment, and proactivity in organizing the work area, contributing to the continuous supply of fresh and delicious products for guests. * Execute the preparation of various doughs (different types of bread, cakes, cookies, pies), following technical sheets and recipe standards. * + Perform **weighing and organization of ingredients**, dough mixing, shaping, and fermentation of products. + Operate ovens and other bakery equipment, controlling cooking temperatures and times. + Carry out the **finishing and decoration** of products, ensuring good presentation. + Assist in **inventory control** of raw materials, reporting purchase needs. + Maintain **hygiene and organization** of the work area, utensils, and bakery equipment. + Report any issues with ingredients or equipment to the supervisor (Baker A or Chef de Cozinha). + Participate in preparing specific products for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and hotel events. + Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and production time. + Strictly follow food safety regulations and good food handling practices.
