Job Summary: Professional responsible for the operational and administrative management of contracts, ensuring process control, adherence to deadlines, and compliance, working autonomously and analytically. Solid experience with contracts and administrative processes Job Mission Ensure **operational and administrative management of current and future contract portfolios**, guaranteeing **process control**, **deadline compliance**, **management of third-party suppliers**, **documentary compliance**, and **accurate billing**, working in an **autonomous, analytical, and solution-oriented manner**, with direct reporting to the Executive Board. Requirements **Mandatory** * Solid experience with **contracts, administrative processes, and operational control**. * Experience with **invoices/billing** and organization of documentation/evidence. * Intermediate-level **Excel/Google Sheets** (controls, consolidations, reports). * Profile: **analytical, organized, autonomous**, and proactive in deadline follow-up. **Desirable** * Experience with **operational management of third-party service contracts**. * Experience in environments requiring strict documentation standards and tight deadlines. * Basic ability to read and interpret contractual clauses.
