Job Summary: The Commercial Data Analyst supports the Commercial Director in making strategic decisions by collecting, analyzing, and presenting commercial performance data. Key Highlights: 1. Develops commercial reports and dashboards The Commercial Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, organizing, and presenting data related to the company's commercial performance, directly supporting the Commercial Director in strategic decision-making. This role involves monitoring key indicators, consolidating information on proposals, contracts, customer portfolios, opportunities, and commercial history, delivering analyses and reports that enable evaluation of trends, performance evolution, and growth opportunities. It is essential to possess an analytical, organized, detail-oriented profile, capable of transforming raw data into clear, structured, and easily understandable information. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect, organize, and update commercial data from various internal departments; * Analyze information regarding submitted proposals, won proposals, opportunity pipeline, and commercial activity progression; * Develop and maintain commercial reports and dashboards for use by the Commercial Director and executive management; * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rate, customer-specific performance, forecasted revenue progression, sales cycle duration, and others; * Consolidate historical sales data, new opportunity intake, and commercial activity movement; * Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities through statistical and behavioral analyses; * Prepare weekly and monthly managerial reports with critical analysis of commercial performance; * Support the Commercial Director in presentations, market studies, and comparative analyses across customers, segments, and products; * Maintain organization and up-to-date status of the commercial database, ensuring reliability and traceability; * Conduct internal follow-up with departments such as engineering, planning, and operations to obtain necessary information for analyses; * Support data-driven continuous improvement initiatives within the commercial area. **Education** * Administration, Production Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Analysis, or related fields; * Additional courses in data analysis, Power BI, Advanced Excel, or Business Intelligence (preferred).
