* Analyze the impact of engineering project implementation on operational routines of oil production facilities, specifically concerning activities performed by the AS\-BUILT team, in compliance with applicable national and international standards, guidelines, specifications, and procedures for offshore oil production facility engineering projects; * Participate in all phases of engineering projects—from solution conception, basic design, detailed design, implementation, and AS\-BUILT—within the discipline of naval structures and systems, in compliance with applicable national and international standards, guidelines, specifications, and procedures for offshore oil production facility engineering projects; * Coordinate or assist in coordinating all phases of unidisciplinary or multidisciplinary engineering projects, ensuring project timelines, quality, and feasibility; * Provide technical support to the Project Management Office (PMO) in developing project schedules and fulfilling other PMO responsibilities related to unidisciplinary or multidisciplinary project coordination, as well as the discipline of naval structures and systems, in compliance with applicable national and international standards, guidelines, specifications, and procedures for offshore oil production facility engineering projects; * Issue opinions defining project priorities, deadlines, planning, and resource allocation for the discipline of naval structures and systems, in compliance with applicable national and international standards, guidelines, specifications, and procedures for offshore oil production facility engineering projects; * Conduct and issue technical visit reports to suppliers, contractors, partners, and oil production units upon request, specifically regarding the discipline of naval structures and systems; * Participate in Working Groups, Committees, Audits, Inspections, Hearings, and Meetings upon request; * Issue, approve, and review engineering technical documents applicable to the commissioning phase of projects, within the discipline of naval structures and systems, in compliance with applicable national and international standards, guidelines, specifications, and procedures for offshore oil production facility engineering projects; * Provide technical support to procurement departments and their contractors in supplier prospecting, selection, material/equipment specification, and technical evaluations, within the discipline of naval structures and systems, in compliance with applicable national and international standards, guidelines, specifications, and procedures for offshore oil production facility engineering projects; * Engage in prospecting new suppliers, equipment, and technologies applicable to the discipline of naval structures and systems, in compliance with applicable national and international standards, guidelines, specifications, and procedures for offshore oil production facility engineering projects. * Plan both commissioning management and execution, involving all departments interfacing with the activity (Operations, Contractors, Maintenance, SMS, etc.), including defining and detailing key technical elements, baseline schedule, organizational structure, and resources required for commissioning execution; * Provide all documentation related to receipt, assembly, conditioning, and physical resources necessary for the next commissioning phase (Pre\-operation and Start\-up); * Identify equipment subject to Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), their monitoring conditions, and responsible personnel for overseeing respective tests; * Monitor equipment assembly, cleaning, inspection, and installation; * Verification of compliance with regulatory standards; * Identification and recording of non\-blocking pending items; * Application of Checklists (CLs) or Item Verification Sheets (IVSs); * Continuously promote project analysis to enhance constructability." **Education:** * Bachelor's Degree: Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Naval), with officially registered diploma issued by a higher education institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and valid registration with the respective professional regulatory body.
